I founded Oilconsult Ltd in 2005 after starting in the Oilfield with Flopetrol S.A. as a slickliner and well tester in the Arabian Gulf region – way back in 1980. Since then I’ve worked for many other Service 
Company’s worldwide including Expro; Halliburton; Schlumberger and Baker in addition to working directly for Perenco; B.G. Group; Dart Gas; A.F.P.C.; Shell and U.K.O.G.
Since 2010 our main work has been focused on onshore U.K. operations including spells as wellsite manager for Composite Energy; Dart Gas in the north west of England and central Scotland and Angus Energy in Surrey.
Following the discovery of the Horse Hill Wellsite – adjacent to Gatwick – in October 2014 – I have worked for U.K.O.G. plc as wellsite supervisor at Horse Hill (Gatwick); Broadford Bridge (Pulborough, Sussex) and the abandonment of the Markwells Wood (Chichester, Sussex) wellsite.
I have supervised drilling; workover and well testing operations with Marriott Drilling; British Drilling & Freezing; Moorehouse Drilling and Completions; PW Well Services; Meehan Drilling and PW Well Test -with all of whom I have built up a good working relationship.
My son Arthur Mills joined Oilconsult in 2016 for and has been contracted to Moorehouse Drilling and Completions; PW Well Services; PW Well test; Geological data Services Ltd. and UKOG plc.
